Outside of work I enjoy cooking, programming side projects, and board games.

Research Statement

My current research focuses on establishing a software infrastructure to enable researchers to understand clonality in B-cell repertoires. This includes developing tools which facilitate data analysis, creating databases from high-throughput sequencing, and investigating clone assignment methods.
